Product Director, GenAI Success

The GenAI Product Owner - Director will be a key member of our Cloud and Platform Engineering team, dedicated to supporting the team's digital platform and cloud agenda. This role will be a leader within the cloud product team, specifically to CPE's GenAI success and onboarding Squad. As a GenAI Product Owner, you will work across BCG teams and functions to support our cluod oriented GenAI capabilities, services and strategy, ensure successful application team onboarding onto our platform, drive technical innovation, and leverage the power of new ways of working in our journey to become an industry best in class GenAI platform team., A GenAI Product Owner Director is an energetic, forward looking, customer-centric leader who enjoys working with teams to design and deliver exceptional products to customers. You will lead a Squad and work directly with its members to prioritize and manage technology and platform enhancements, focused specifically on our GenAI space, including the implementation of proper standards, managing to customer requirements, prioritizing initiatives and maintaining overall accountability for the stability and security of BCG's cloud network. Among your responsibilities, you will:

• Deliver results and customer value across many different stakeholder groups and functions, develop OKRs and KPIs to measure and track progress
• Serve as the voice of the customer for end-users, ensuring product enhancements are reflective of company needs and working with your team to adequately address gaps and mitigate risk
• Support and enable your Squad to succeed, providing feedback as part of our performance management process, and engaging with Chapter Leads to ensure adequate resourcing and functional expertise as necessary
• Set the overall vision to direct and inform your Squad's work, working closely with the Product Portfolio Lead to understand and drive alignment on the Portfolio's business strategy, goals, and objectives
• Enable the firm's new Agile ways of working, modelling behaviors and embracing enhanced technologies and Agile principles to support BCG's transformation
• Key input in the prioritization of backlog across multiple products ensuring maximum value delivered to our stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of planning of initiatives during the Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
You will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholders in the delivery of new/ innovative technical solutions. The team supports multiple products within the Cloud portfolio to support critical BCG programs and applications, and manages the onboarding and ongoing success of those applications within the GenAI framework. We are looking for a functional, passionate security expert who is driven, pragmatic, and results-oriented to join our team to support the continued development, design, implementation, and adoption Network Security capabilities. This ultimately drives the BCG of the future - a faster, more agile, digital, effective, and efficient firm.

• Working effectively on a diverse and distributed team on cross-functional initiatives, Total 10+ years of experience as an Agile leader, including experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach/Mentor, or highly transferable experience and skills
• Agile Certifications are preferred
• Strong understanding and innovation experience in GenAI and strong knowledge of its implementation within Cloud environments, esp. AWS and Azure is a "must". (Bedrock, OpenAI)
• Previous Engineering and/or architectural experience for Cloud, GenAI, Chatbot, Data Management strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, intellectually intense environment
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
