We are thrilled to offer an outstanding opportunity for a creative and meticulous travel-enthusiast to join our Product Team. As Product Executive, you will play a crucial role in the operation of life-enhancing adventures for students - designing, costing, and preparing the delivery of the trips in collaboration with our global network of in-country ground teams!

What you will be doing:
+ Working with our Ground Teams to develop and price itineraries, negotiate rates, prepare for trip departures, and review performance after trips, ensuring all trips meet deliver excellent customer experience
+ Provide supplier reports and passenger lists to our Ground Teams, working with them to ensure trips are delivered as per expectations, including provision of pre-season training
+ Work with the Inventory Coordinator to ensure all departures are accurately loaded into the reservations system (Maslow) and create and maintain trip documents for all departures, providing them to customers in a timely manner
+ In alignment with market demand and capacity constraints, sourcing new products in existing and new destinations that are aligned to our ethos and commercially competitive, at times designing bespoke products to secure sales
+ Collaborate with our copywriters and designer to create accurate and impressive marketing itineraries for new products, and maintain existing itineraries adjacent to any changes or updates
+ Work with the Safety Manager and Safety Coordinator to ensure all aspects of the trips align with our safety standards and inclusions for the corresponding product range
+ Collaborate with the Community Partnership & Sustainability Coordinator to employ sustainability policies throughout all aspects of trip design and delivery
+ Operations Duty - during peak travel season, complete shift work in our operations centre to support travelling teams (usually 2 weeks per year)

+ A passion for adventurous travel and/or experience in the travel industry or overseas travel
+ Strong cross-cultural communication abilities and a talent for collaborating with a diverse, global network
+ Keen attention to detail and proficiency in pricing and cost calculations
+ Outstanding time management and organisational skills to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
+ A collaborative team player, working with various departments to deliver efficient results for customers. Flexible and ready to support a variety of tasks and projects as needed
+ Advanced computer skills and confidence in using various systems and applications
