Full Job Description

As a Broadband Product Executive - Value Added Services role, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of Virgin Media O2's value-added services portfolio, specifically focusing on email, device security products and the companion application products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, launch new features, and ensure customer satisfaction.,

  • Develop and execute product strategies for email and device security products, aligning with the broader Virgin Media O2 strategy and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial and other teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features for development.
  • Oversee the successful launch of the email, device security and companion application products, including marketing campaigns, customer education, and sales enablement.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market and ongoing optimization.

    Proven experience in product management, with an understanding of product development methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to empathize with customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure product performance and inform decision-making.
