Full Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive department-specific administrative support to the team, undertaking pre-professional administrative tasks to help the team achieve their objectives Team Description: The Operations Team will provide the strategic and planning capability that will underpin the growth of the National Lottery in the fourth Licence. Each team within the department will look to meet and serve consumer based insights providing either solutions or plans from which the wider commercial and operational organisations will fulfil. Any marketing plans or solutions will be performed in a responsible manner that meet the values of the National Lottery and optimises returns to good causes and the aligned incentives of National Lottery stakeholders. Role Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail is key to this role
  • Follow end-to-end game development process to support game development output such as compiling creative briefs for future game development
  • Support game concept development and manage games through the research process including coordinating and contributing to brainstorming, setting up focus groups, initiating and preparing quantitative research and data management throughout the process
  • Brief new games to execution in line with game development requirements
  • Brief and manage internal and external creative resources to develop new games to execution in line with game development requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments to gain approval for the production and execution of new game concepts
  • Follow end-to-end game production process to complete production of allocated games, including creating, coordinating and gaining approvals on game brief, game package and working pages
  • Ensure all games are managed through the GamGard tool prior to launch and manage the collation of the results
  • Complete tasks required to ready games for launch including Game Procedures, translations, Brandbank, retailer facing comms, material masters and PO's
  • Undertake basic analysis and draft reports for management including product sales, themes etc.
  • Undertake support duties such as managing selected inbound emails and letters, drafting responses, taking minutes and notes at meetings, producing graphics, slides and presentation materials
  • Work with colleagues to support the activities of the team, suggesting ideas and contributing to continuous improvement
  • Other ad-hoc support tasks as requested.
  • The role requires the candidate to work 2 days per week in our Watford office.

  • Demonstrable ability to develop and apply product knowledge
  • Keen interest and passion for gaming
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines.
  • A great team player, who is ambitious, naturally organised, collaborative and enthusiastic and keen to learn.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Demonstrable oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages.
