Product Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Engineering department for a Product Manager. As Product Manager, you will take a user-centric approach to help form the vision, roadmap, and goals for END. products, working with engineers and designers to plan, build and iterate high-quality product experiences. As part of our in house team you will be able to produce your best work, in a relaxed creative environment, and you'll be rewarded by seeing the impact of your work on real customers in the real world.
What you'll be doing:
Key responsibilities
+ Work with Head of Product and Product team to build and deliver the roadmap
+ Scope and prioritise based on business and customer needs
+ Lead the ideation, development and launch of new features and improvements
+ Lead cross-functional teams, proactively removing obstacles and improving processes
+ Translate product strategy into detailed business requirements and user stories
+ Define and analyse metrics that inform product success and health
+ Engage stakeholders with product progress and direction

+ Ability to lead and influence teams to manage successful products throughout their lifecycle
+ Thrives and contributes to Agile startup environment dealing with fast pace and changing needs
+ Strong understanding of product-building areas including engineering, data/analytics and design
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and communication skills
+ Passion for building cutting-edge, disruptive products
+ Strong technical acumen. Knowledge of microservices architecture and APIs desirable
+ Experience with ecommerce products desirable
