Full Job Description

  • Lead product strategy and development for client projects, primarily in the public sector


  • Conduct market research and user analysis to inform product decisions

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, balancing client needs with technical feasibility

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our consultancy firm, primarily working on projects within the UK public sector. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of public and private sector experience, with a particular interest in financial services., 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in the public sector

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products or services

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, adept at setting and sharing product vision

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks

  • Adaptability to work across various domains and industries

  • Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and influencing decision-makers

  • Ability to balance quantitative analysis with user insights and research

  • Experience in facilitating strategic planning sessions and creating compelling roadmaps

  • Passion for upskilling client teams and fostering knowledge sharing, This is a UK based role which requires eligibility to work in the UK. We offer a Hybrid working model - happy to discuss flexibility/remote arrangements (UK). A willingness to travel at times to our client/our offices when needed is important.
