Full Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will own a product feature and lead on improvement projects. Developing a solid understanding of the customer and market, you'll represent their needs to the delivery team. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues in an agile environment.,

  • Interacting frequently with customers, meeting expectations, anticipating their needs and prioritizing those for delivery
  • Analyzing data from multiple sources and using findings to build solutions for customers and the business
  • Supporting the go-to-market strategy by communicating customer requirements to stakeholders, supporting launches with queries, training and planning
  • Managing portions of the product lifecycle using Agile methodology, solving customers' issues with features as required.
  • Determining strategic product vision and priorities, using market analysis and research to shape future product direction
  • Creating product development plans including opportunity assessment and business cases

    Have significant Product Management experience
  • Have a firm grasp of data and technical architecture principles and best practices
  • Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
  • Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Enjoy developing new ideas to improve processes and products
  • Have experience of identifying and releasing changes or enhancements that improved customer in satisfaction and/or commercial impact
