Full Job Description

  • Work with EV charging ecosystem partners to define requirements and priorities to support a successful charging experience for WEX customers
  • Build a comprehensive product roadmap, define user needs and drive tradeoff decisions
  • Lead a scrum team to align on mission and deliver great results iteratively
  • Develop a strong commercial acumen to prioritize top market opportunities, contribute to pricing decisions, partner on go-to-market strategies and support tender applications
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to measure results, inform roadmap and drive decision making. Conduct rapid experimentation to test ideas and validate riskiest assumptions for new product ideas.
  • Engage in technical discussions with senior engineers and solution architects to define technical requirements and design.
  • Write epics, stories and acceptance criteria that directly address key customer needs and work hand-in-hand with developers who can deliver the technical solution that meets those needs
  • Be a trusted partner that can present effectively to high-level stakeholders, set clear priorities and direction, and begin to build bridges across groups

    Previous and proven Product Management experience delivering world class software or capabilities
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and other product teams to prioritize and deliver features. Equal focus on forging relationships with internal stakeholders such as marketing, finance, compliance and sales.
  • Experience identifying customer problems, roadmap prioritization, writing detailed requirement documents, managing a backlog, and maintaining thorough documentation.
  • An end-to-end view of the product lifecycle, including discovery, hypothesis-driven development, first use and support
  • Deep customer centricity, with a passion for understanding customer problems and rapidly experimenting to solve them
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to identify root cause of issues, rapidly test, develop recommendations, and influence others
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with business model innovation, ensuring we are building products that will deliver commercial value
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to inspire teams around a vision and influence key stakeholders
  • Passion about electrification and helping fleets and customers adopt new technologies
  • Not required, but a plus : Familiarity with EV charging ecosystem and industry standards like OCPP and OCPI, experience integrating IoT or payment solutions within this ecosystem and with these standards

  • Highly Competitive salary of £64,000-£69,000 (dependent on experience)
