Full Job Description

HubSpot's customer platform offers enterprise software for marketing, sales, customer service, content management, operations, and commerce. With our ever-growing product offering, our internal Sales teams have an expanding number of product features and use cases they need to effectively demo as part of the sales process. We are looking for a Product Manager to guide our Demo team to empower HubSpot sales reps with the tooling to provide best in class demos to our potential customers. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling the demo infrastructure to increase sales rep productivity and close rates. Additionally, this role will be responsible for partnering closely with our Sales Strategy team on our long term demo strategy for HubSpot, engaging with AI/ML teams to generate customized content, working with 3rd party vendors, and interacting with our core product teams across each product line. This team sits under our Flywheel Product Line. As a Product Manager, you will set the vision for growth in your product layer and execute against ambitious goals. Product Managers at HubSpot operate in embedded product models and succeed by collaborating with partners across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM teams to make the most impactful decisions to delight our customers. Please note: Due to the spread of the current team, this hire needs to be located in Ireland or the UK. Additionally, we cannot offer visa support for this role. In this role you'll get to:

  • Partner closely with GTM leaders in Sales and Sales Ops
  • Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically
  • Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
  • Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers' experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow, As a member of the Product Management org at HubSpot you'll:

    Experience launching internal products successfully to GTM teams
  • Built strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
  • A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
