Full Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product strategic roadmap, and execution for the Kiosk Channel. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Technology, Experience Design, Operations, and Data Analytics, you will drive business outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction. Acting as the champion for channel customers, you will translate their needs and feedback into actionable product requirements, fostering customer-centric development. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities to ensure the product portfolio remains innovative and relevant. You will also work closely with the wider Channels teams to integrate best-in-class applications, creating a cohesive, user-friendly, and accessible interface.

What you'll do:

  • Drive End-to-End Product Development: Partner with experience pillars across Ordering, Engagement, and Serve. Conduct market research, define customer requirements, craft product specifications, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features. Work with Experience Design and Engineering to develop, test, and ship functionality to users.

  • Cross-Product Platform Concerns: Address shared platform concerns, including cross-cutting experiences like navigation and information architecture, and manage common resources such as design systems.

  • Channel Health Management: Oversee overall Channel Health by working with the Restaurant Technology Platform (RTP) on application and hardware monitoring.

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Develop relationships with restaurant operations, team members, and customers to deeply understand their perspectives and pain points, informing your strategic roadmap.

  • Frameworks and Governance: Provide frameworks and governance for clickstream analytics, design system components, audio navigation, and other common integrations.

  • Product Performance Metrics: Define and supervise product performance metrics, such as market adoption and speed-of-service, to evaluate product success.

  • Feature Configuration and Monitoring: Govern feature configuration and monitor market deployments.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer and crew needs, and growth opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to advise product strategy and ensure the product portfolio remains competitive. Facilitate release planning, demos with stakeholders

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams and global markets, including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with team members to align product goals and achieve business objectives.

    Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or an equivalent.

  • MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.


  • Experience and Skills:
  • Demonstrable track record of technical product management.

  • Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and standard processes.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and handling products throughout their lifecycle with customer experience and technology systems and specifications and interdependencies.

  • Ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to advise product strategy.

  • Retail and Digital technology experience - such as customer-facing channels, point of sale, and self-ordering hardware systems.

  • Experience contributing at scale with multiple markets.

  • Ability to talk to markets about what's working and what's not, using data to drive outcomes in a consultative manner.

  • Experience acting as a bridge between customer, market, and global teams.


  • Agile & Scrum:
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience running ceremonies and delivering outcomes as part of a design tech development squad within a triad model.


  • Communication and Leadership:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally communicate sophisticated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams while overseeing the work of other managers.

  • Ability to present to market effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Willingness to travel, usually once per quarter.
