Full Job Description

As the Product Manager responsible for defining and leading the testing strategy for our Voice Platform, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness, performance, and security of this innovative product line. This role requires a strong foundation in quality assurance methodologies, test automation frameworks, and proficiency with Azure-based environments. Your focus will be on developing a common core test framework, including functional, interoperability, performance and load test; or all elements in the solution., Test Strategy Definition:

  • Develop and own the test strategy for the Voice Platform, ensuring it aligns with product goals, Azure-based infrastructure capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Identify critical test areas, including functional, regression, performance, load, security, and voice quality
  • Define and implement a scalable and maintainable test framework that supports automated and manual testing efforts
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive the creation of reusable test scripts, automation tools, and libraries that streamline testing for complex voice features and cloud functionalities.
  • Define the architecture and configuration of test environments to ensure realistic user-case simulation of the voice products
  • Manage test environments to support the required test strategies and framework
  • Establish quality metrics (eg, voice-quality, call-completion, latency, etc.) and implement a system for ongoing monitoring and reporting on the platform's quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and support teams, to ensure alignment on testing goals and requirements.
  • Act as the voice of quality assurance in product planning meetings, advocating for realistic testing timelines, quality checkpoints, and cloud-specific considerations.
  • Provide regular, transparent updates to stakeholders on testing progress, challenges, and quality outcomes.

    Experience: 5+ years in product management or quality assurance, with direct experience in cloud environments, particularly with Azure, and familiarity with voice technology.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (eg, Selenium, Appium, JUnit), experience with Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline integration in an Azure context.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to define and interpret quality metrics and make data-driven decisions for testing and release readiness.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving quality initiatives within a cloud environment.
