Full Job Description

Reporting into and supporting the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will work across a number of key accounts and products. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Performance Marketing Manager to deliver the overall marketing strategy of the agency across key digital channels to increase Wonderly's reach and generate new business leads.,

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our newly launched digital product suite (Podcast production, live events, Shorthand editorial and AI products)
  • Set clear objectives and KPIs for each product line, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Create and execute campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads across various channels including email marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing
  • Design and implement lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Develop strategies to convert leads into customers, collaborating closely with the sales team
  • Work with the account team to gather feedback and refine marketing strategies
  • Create short form and long form content for web, social and email purposes, to support these product lines and help elevate Wonderly's voice and reach
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of all creative assets including graphics, videos, and digital assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for each product line
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager on the planning and execution of paid media campaigns
  • Track the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management team
  • Provide relevant support across the wider Wondely Marketing team to aid on time delivery of key campaigns, when and where required

    Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Exceptional copywriting and content production
  • Competent in creating and delivering digital marketing strategies with proven successes
  • Proficiency in marketing, digital, creative software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, CMS platforms, Canva, Adobe suite products)
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging and effective marketing assets
  • Proficient in managing budget spends and forecasts
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable delivering end-to-end campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
