Cribl's EMEA business is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for an experienced product marketer to join the team to help scale a variety of programs including thought leadership, customer advocacy, field marketing, and enablement. This is a multi-faceted position that requires knowledge and experience in a variety of disciplines including product, solutions, and technical marketing. This role will be pivotal in creating consistent messaging, enablement, and programs across an ever growing base of countries. You will work closely with sales, product, channel, and marketing teams to optimize go-to-market plans, develop locally relevant content, enable alliance and channel partners, create and lead workshops & webinars etc., and much more! What You'll Accomplish
- Be a vocal and written thought leader and spokesperson for Cribl through events, media opportunities, blogs, videos, field activities etc.
- Develop content related to EMEA business, compliance, and technology challenges such as DORA and TSA.
- Spending time in the field to become the voice of the customer, leveraging their insights to create a series of scalable, relevant programs such as webinars, workshops, labs etc. that support our customers through the full buyer journey.
- Act as a representative voice for our international markets, sharing EMEA-specific market and technology insights, opportunities, threats, and challenges with our corporate and product teams.
- Develop customer advocacy programs to support and celebrate Cribl champions, including user groups, training programs, incentives etc.
- Working cross-functionally with our sales, channel, and sales engineering teams to create internal and external enablement programs.
- Create comprehensive EMEA-specific sales/marketing tools, including training content, brochures, pitch decks, call scripts, and other collateral
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role - Demonstrable public speaking, workshop facilitation, content and webinar development experience
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)
- You live in the United Kingdom
- Fluent speaking and written skills in English Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Data Engineering platforms (Splunk, Elastic, Datadog, Snowflake, etc.)
- Technical background within the SecOps/ITOps space
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working remotely
- Good jokes, or maybe better, bad jokes
