Full Job Description

You would be responsible for the post launch product management activities, as well as the acceleration of the development and profitable growth of the Alarm and Surveillance products portfolio. This commercial role is responsible for the post launch product management, the development and the profitable growth of the product categories. You would also:

  • Report to the Head of Alarms & Surveillance Yale EMEIA and working in collaboration with the Product Managers.
  • Create strong working relationship with the Sales, Marketing and customer services team is key to develop a thorough knowledge of the markets and ensure successful product launches.
  • Be responsible for the customer insight (VOC), working closely with the Yale EMEIA Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Services teams to make sure they are up to date on product requirements, local legal requirements and provide market feedback.
  • Manage products GTM activities for Alarm & Surveillance.
  • Define product launch objectives and metrics in collaboration with product management.

    Has proven work experience of Product marketing Management in technically advanced consumer markets with affinity for IoT/ Smart Home products.
  • Is good team player who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and who thrives in a busy, challenging environment.
  • Is a systematic thinker who uses data, customer and stakeholder insight to drive informed decision making.
  • Has experience in developing and delivering product and process guidance material e.g., interactive, hands on to small groups and in front of larger audiences.
  • Has experience of working in consumer facing branded business either in FMCG or consumer durables.
