Full Job Description

You'll be joining the CRO team within the eCommerce division. This team is responsible for optimising the VM Sale digital experience by solving customer problems while achieving business goals, through quick cycles of data-led experiments and innovation, maintaining excellent customer experience. Supporting the Optimisation Digital Lead on their journey to understand what works well from a customer perspective and excel the team's value output via implementing efficient ways of working, growth-minded frameworks and innovative ways of appealing to our customers and meeting high-reaching business targets. You'll support in improving the overall digital customer experience; focusing largely on experimenting with new journeys, creating outstanding experiences for customers while reducing their need to call. You will be encouraged to have a very high level of data understanding. Crafting effective success metrics and analysing insights to validate an array of hypothesis which will be instrumental for your success in the role. You will start fast, be proactive and strong at problem-solving. You'll have the chance to create a big impact on high profile projects, with significant responsibility and visibility. Communication is key! Be flexible in adapting your roadmap to address here and now. Listen and learn adapting to the transformation journey. Demonstrate the teamwork by creating reports, presentations and prototypes that can effectively communicate customer requirements and opportunities at all levels of the organisation. Positive approach is a MUST as you will manage a team of pioneers who are accumulating a wealth of knowledge which is shaping the digital experience of a multi-million web platform that comes with its challenges of some interdependencies. Who we are

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Extensive experience in leading a cross functional team as product owner/manager and advising a team
  • Have the ability to solve customers problems through AB testing in the ecommerce field
  • Understand user feedback and analytics to make informed decisions. With this you are able to understand quantitative and qualitative data from tools within Google Suite (Analytics, Optimize 360 and DataStudio)
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles and agile methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to the right audiences

  • Be proficient and effective in working with Jira and Confluence
  • Translate high level product ideas into achievable product backlog features
  • Commercial or telecoms background preferred but not essential.
