Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to join the Marketing Implementation team within ECRM (Electronic Customer Relationship Management). This will involve both strategic planning and practical implementation to support our marketing initiatives. This is an exciting time to join Marketing with investment in our Martech stack and the role represents a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a dynamic environment., Taking a customer-centric approach, this hands on role focuses on implementing marketing technologies to support the delivery of timely and relevant marketing through appropriate channels by leveraging data integration and tool enablement. The role will focus on delivering initiatives for our core Motor, Home and MultiCover propositions to increase lifetime value and strengthen the customer relationship.
- Product Vision: Take responsibility for the execution and delivery of marketing implementation projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Backlog Management: Support in prioritising the product backlog, ensuring tasks are sprint-ready by sourcing assets and ensuring the team focuses on the highest-value items to drive business results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, DWH, external agencies and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. You will be responsible for independently creating technical development briefs and requesting statements of work.
- Execution and Delivery: Oversee the Implementation of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that meets business objectives. This involves developing test plans, attending deployment meetings, and conducting post-implementation reviews. You will also provide training and support throughout the initiative's lifespan.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, creating reports and presenting the findings to drive continuous improvement across the business.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality of solutions through comprehensive testing and strict adherence to quality assurance protocols. This will include QA testing, updating process maps and communicating change.
- Data Management: Work with Compliance, Data Protection, and Legal teams within EUI and Admiral Group to ensure that activities meet FCA, data privacy, and ASA standards. Monitor data feed reports and ensure that systems are function within required parameters, troubleshoot problems and liaise with stakeholders to restore feeds.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging Martech technologies to inform marketing strategies and deployment tactics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. - Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in IT or Marketing Implementation, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, Jira, and agile methodologies. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Adobe Campaign experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate's experience.
