Where? Join our Finance Team The Product and Procurement co-ordinator will manage the day-to-day smooth running of the Procurement function processing the requests and product updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining allocated work queues
  • Proactively review the process documents that relate to Products and Procurement
  • Stock & License Management
  • Monthly Reporting
  • Validation Support
  • Salary £26-£28K 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the Reigate office Other organisations may call this role Logistics, Logistics Coordination or Procurement Coordinator.,

  • A minimum of 2 year's Order Management experience
  • Experience in customer service preferably within the Telecoms sector
  • At least 5 GCSE's Grades at 'C' level or above to include English and Maths
  • IT Microsoft office proficiency
  • Some exposure to databases
  • The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
  • A keen eye for detail and organised
