Full Job Description

  • Responsible for project management of a $120M global program with focus on cross global transformation dependency management, internal project management and budget management
  • Safeguards that the project produces the required deliverables at the required quality standard within the specified constraints of time, quality, and cost.
  • Takes decisions on priorities for critical project tasks and, if required, escalates to Leadership
  • Provides a clear definition of expectations for deliverables, timing, costs and benefits, and escalates ongoing deviations of the scope, as needed.
  • Leads and manages the mitigation/resolution of project risks/issues, including the assignment of owners.
  • Product Strategy and Vision:
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the Product's objectives.
  • Responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives in close cooperation with the Work Stream Leads and manage program inter-dependencies.
  • Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on user feedback, legal and regulatory changes, and business objectives.
  • Product Development and Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, design, deployment, and change management, to define requirements.
  • Conduct and coordinate user testing to gather feedback to improve product features and functionality.
  • Manage impacts of new or updated features from other integrated systems in the O2E ecosystem and its impacts on Paradigm and vice versa.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Global and Deloitte Firm Risk Leaders and Deloitte Technology, to gather input and ensure alignment on product strategy and goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including Deloitte Firms, and DTech, to gather requirements and address any issues or concerns.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with Global Policy changes, Deloitte Firm legal and regulatory requirement changes such as AML, Anti-Corruption, and Audit & Assurance oversight policies.
  • Conduct analyses to understand Salesforce product improvements that may be integrated to enhance Paradigm performance or functionality.
  • Product Marketing and Launch:
  • Manage product documentation, communication materials, and training materials to support the change and deployment teams to drive product adoption.
  • Coordinate release updates, including conducting product demonstrations, testing, and monitoring launch success metrics.
  • Deloitte Firm Feedback and Support:
  • Gather feedback through various channels, such as advisor groups, discussions, and support tickets.
  • Analyze feedback and prioritize product improvements and bug fixes based on Deloitte Firm needs and impact on business goals.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration:
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, providing clear direction, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Mentor and coach junior product team members, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.

    · A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, PMP certification or equivalent business experience
  • · Experience in quality and risk management or related field
  • · Project Management experience and skills with demonstrated results
  • · Proven track record delivering complex global technology, change management & process re-engineering programs, business analysis
  • · Understanding of managing financials and timelines (full P&L, budgets, timelines, project milestones)
  • · Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • · Strong partnership skills - ability to overcome challenges and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve desire results.
  • · Flexibility - ability to manage a large & varying workload (i.e., volume, complexity & composition)
  • · Attention to detail.
  • · Highly energetic & positive with a proven ability to work independently (self-starter)
  • · Ability to work beyond normal working hours when needed
