Do you want to be part of the innovation and technological advancement of products used every day by millions of the world's consumers?, The Global Safety Surveillance & Analysis (GSSA) team delivers adverse event stewardship and drives future business opportunities. In the role of Product Safety Surveillance Manager, you will be responsible to manage, monitor and understand in-market product safety for P&G products sold worldwide in order to:

  • Ensure consumer safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Enhance existing systems and improve current work processes for safety surveillance.
  • Analyse health related consumer complaints for continual product improvement via signal detection.
  • You will be the subject matter expert of in-market safety profile and special issues for your assigned product categories. You will obtain a good understanding of relevant regulations and will ensure that all regulatory submissions are in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements. You will be the product vigilance single point of contact for other P&G functions and responsible for daily and monthly signal detection and management activities for your products.]

    What We Look For:
  • Those who have completed a BSc or MSc in a Science or Life Science subject.
  • This is an entry-level role so no prior experience in product safety is required. However, experience with electronic data capture systems and/or external communications (regulatory authorities, industry groups) would be beneficial.
  • Excellent collaboration skills: experience establishing and maintaining global and cross-functional working relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage complex systems.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.
