Location: London, Speechmark + Hybrid Working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

What you'll do

Manage the digital platform roadmap and product backlog for VeryMe Rewards, working closely with Vodafone Loyalty, Digital, IT and external agency partners, to drive customer growth and value.

  • Create and deliver the VeryMe Rewards digital platform roadmap by defining business requirements

  • Provide technology partner release support by co-ordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship of the technology partner and external customer care team

  • Cross functional collaboration to continually enhance the programme

  • Provide subject matter expertise on platform operations, bridging internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor and update programme performance vs KPIs, alongside impact of new features.


  • Who you are

  • Proven track record delivering loyalty customer propositions across digital platforms.

  • Strong communication, presentation, agency, budget and stakeholder management skills.

  • Broad understanding of mar tech / ad tech landscape and capabilities to drive loyalty

  • Passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experience to achieve programme goals.

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

  • Agile, Scrum or Kanban experience.

  • Understanding of Vodafone product portfolio, sponsorships, partnerships, technologies & processes.
