Full Job Description

As a Product Specialist you will be required to take a flexible and innovative approach combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to ensure that the application performs to the requirements of its users and clinicians. Supporting the WCCIS system manager in the development, configuration, training and day to day support of WCCIS , you will have an experienced background with good exposure to informatics training.

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated person to join our friendly and busy team providing informatics administration support and training of the Welsh Community Care Information System (WCCIS) across Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). The system is integrated with Social Care.
As a Product Specialist you will be required to take a flexible and innovative approach combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to ensure that the application performs to the requirements of its users and clinicians. Supporting the WCCIS system manager in the development, configuration, training and day to day support of WCCIS , you will have an experienced background with good exposure to informatics training.
You must be able to understand, communicate and train both system and clinical work processes. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, can use their own initiative, customer focused with a desire to support colleagues and resolve issues.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post, Welsh ans/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
