Full Job Description

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join the Hinkley Point C (HPC) quality team ensuring that projects meet quality standards, especially in the context of Client Projects within Matrix Multi-Discipline Teams. Your main role is to ensure that the relevant quality requirements for the client's specific programs and projects are being adhered to. This involves providing proof or documentation that these quality standards are being met. About the Department: The Quality department is responsible for developing and maintaining policies, strategies, standards, and procedures, ensuring the implementation of best practices in quality management and oversees the effectiveness of HPC's activities.,

  • Deliver day-to-day quality management support activities as directed by the client.
  • Provide reports, presentations, and contribute to data reviews to ensure quality requirements are being met.
  • Conducts quality checks of records to enable quality oversight.
  • Assist in compiling the Programme Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
  • Provide audit support by helping the Client establish audit plans for identified risks and manage audit findings.
  • Facilitate the closeout of non-conformances, including Root Cause Analysis.
  • Ensure controls are in place for Quality Records and 'End of Reports' from sub-contractors.
  • Provide data for quality issue investigations.
  • Regularly produce dashboards for various audiences.
  • Produce and analyse NCR reports (weekly, monthly, on-demand) for stakeholders to manage NCR KPIs.
  • Support the creation of regular quality reports on metrics, non-conformance status, quality records, Right First Time, objectives, and backlogs.

    4-6 years' experience working in a project environment, preferably in a regulated sector.
  • Dynamic, self-starter with a strong awareness of quality/safety.
  • Experience working for organizations who are ISO 9001, ISO 19443 certified.
  • Experienced in planning and conducting internal audits.
  • Skilled in reviewing Quality Records (e.g., Material Certification, CFSI).
  • Ability to analyse quality data at various business levels.
  • Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Background: Technical/Engineering industry experience preferred (not necessarily Nuclear).
