Production Administrator - Brighter Foods

As Production Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating planning activities of production and driving ongoing improvement and organisation of the production process to increase productivity.

The role will work closely with the Production team as well as Commercial and Supply Chain.

- The role will be responsible for creating, maintaining and reporting on production data.

- You will investigate discrepancies in data and work to resolve them.

- The Production Administrator will assist the teams in maintaining stock levels and movement of inventory.

- You will communicate with the site to ensure all relevant stakeholders have visibility of key production information.

- Work with the time and attendance system, identifying any discrepancies or triggers.

- Support the shift management team with arranging and organising a variety of meetings.

Be extremely organised

- Have a passion for continuous improvement

- Have some experience of working in a similar role or in a production environment

- Be computer literate and confident using Excel
