Production Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Managers are the main support to both the Store Manager and Team Members. The Assistant Managers will get involved in all aspects of the store and pick-up when the Store Manager is off. If getting involved in both retail and production and delivering high quality standards in food and customer service., Acting as a role model and leading the team to provide an excellent experience and outstanding product quality for every customer who visits the shop, ensuring that all customer needs are always exceeded
Ensuring that the preparation & service of all products is always completed to the correct standards
Planning, organising, and monitoring the workload & productivity of the team whilst promoting excellent teamwork
Assisting the manager with daily & weekly management tasks & responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the shop
Taking responsibility for all company policies & legal requirements whilst on duty as required
