Full Job Description

  • Ensures correct handling of business-sensitive documentation in accordance with the company's rules.

  • Meeting and greeting site visitors and handling phone calls.

  • Develop and maintain office systems and paperwork.

  • Maintain purchase order records: ordering and booking in goods.

  • Maintain and replenish sufficient levels of stock to meet branch demands.

  • Authorize invoicing and resolve abeyances received within agreed timescales.

  • Deal with customer queries and ensure they are resolved quickly, resulting in minimal or no delay in Pasquill being paid.

  • Use of Cold Client/Columbus to investigate account queries.

  • Assist with the company stock takes and audits when required.

  • Carry out time recording on Peoplesoft for colleagues.

  • Record and update holiday schedule.

  • Set up and maintain the 5S procedure in the office.

  • Any other secretarial duties within your capability as deemed suitable by your line manager.

    Strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work well within a team

  • The ability to respond quickly and efficiently to situations

  • A positive and flexible attitude

  • An understanding of the MiTek software system would be advantageous
