Production Co-ordinator

As a Production Coordinators you will be working within our in-house creative department, liaising with Production, in-house Creatives and stakeholders, to support creative teams to produce 360 campaigns. We are an in-house creative agency responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touch points, including CRM, performance marketing, TV and social. Are you ready to launch a winning career? What you will do

• Manage integrated projects from brief to post-live support, creating and overseeing detailed project plans.
• Work on Tier 2, 3, and 4 campaigns, supporting Tier 1 as needed.
• Build production schedules, assign tasks, and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Delivery and Automation team to ensure timely delivery and meet live dates.
• Track hours worked per campaign and support Producers on major campaigns and shoots.
• Ensure all production practices comply with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
• Maintain team documents, including resource, project status, and budget trackers.
• Book internal resources and gather technical specifications to plan all deliveries.
• Manage production tasks across multiple campaigns, ensuring key milestones are met.
