Production Controller

To meet customer requirements through the planning of their materials on designated machinery. To meet quality expectations and delivery that our valued customers expect., ·Manage the daily operations of Celloglas production machinery.

Arrange the collection and delivery of customers work using own livery and other sources. .Monitor and control inventory levels making sure we have the correct materials to produce customer orders.
·Ensure that all machinery is in good working condition
·Work with our Factory Manager to ensure that all employees are on time and performing their duties at a high level of efficiency and meeting quality requirements.
·Work with our Sales Team to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profit
·Develop strategies to increase sales volume, product availability, product quality, customer satisfaction,, customer retention, customer loyalty, customer feedback, and customer referrals.
·Responsible for the daily operations of our office including but not limited to: office equipment management, filing/document management/management, supplies ordering/management/inventory management/inventory control.

To cost and price work ensuring agreed margins are met.

·Other duties as assigned by Management.

·2+ years of experience in a Production or Administrative role in Print.
·Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite applications.
·Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. (Must be able to learn new tasks.) Must have a confident and friendly manner when dealing with customers.
