Production Line Leader

We currently recruiting for a Production Line Leader to support our distribution contract at our site in Kettering. This role will support the operation covering the Day shift.,

• Motivating a team of people to meet production targets
• Ensuring the final product meets client specifications
• Assigning workers production line tasks
• Optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
• Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner
• Training and supervising new production line workers
• Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Carrying out daily tasks/assignments directed by a Co-pack Supervisor according to the procedures.
