Production Line Leader

As a Line Leader, you'll be at the forefront of production, ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing lines, maintaining safety and quality, and leading a team that shares your commitment to excellence. You'll be essential in achieving daily manufacturing targets while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Health & Safety First: Always prioritize a safe working environment, escalating any issues to ensure the team operates safely.
• Drive Production Targets: Coordinate and motivate team members, set up machinery, and make quick decisions to hit daily
targets.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and monitor product standards, traceability, and compliance to ensure food safety and quality.
• Efficient Operations: Lead smooth shift handovers, minimize downtime, and optimize resource usage.
• Build Team Success: Coach, guide, and support team members to foster a positive, productive work culture.

• Extensive knowledge of food production processes, good manufacturing practices, and operating procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and the drive to motivate and inspire a team.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certification, safety knowledge, and computer literacy.
