Production Operative

We are seeking Production Operatives to join us at Johnsons Hotel Linen, Leeds. Working under the direction of the Supervisors and Shift Managers in order to ensure that the Company provides a high quality and reliable service to its customers.

All Staff are required to comply with reasonable requests to conduct duties which may include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with the unloading of company vehicles;

Sorting linen in the sorting area;

Operating the washing/ironing machines;

Feeding linen through any ironer, towel folding or other garment processing equipment;

Taking linen off the end of the production process, adopting quality control procedures;

Assisting with the storage and packing of finished goods;

Helping with other general duties within the production facility which may include cleaning, the removal of waste and other general cleaning and other duties on site; and

Assist loading/transport department on site, and off site in the event of exceptional circumstances.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking production operatives to work within our brand-new laundry facility in Leeds., Due to continued expansion, and the exciting construction of a brand new £10M production facility in Leeds. Johnsons Hotel Linen, which specialises in supplying the corporate 4-star market and the budget hotel sector is seeking production operatives to strengthen our team at one of our flagship sites. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a brand-new laundry facility.

Rate:£11.60 per hour (Day Shift -WORKING PATTERN WILL BE 5 DAYS OUT OF 7 DAYS, NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS)

£11.60 per hour (Afternoon Shift -WORKING PATTERN WILL BE 5 DAYS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 2:00PM TO 10:00PM)

£12.80 per hour (Night Shift -WORKING PATTERN WILL BE 5 DAYS, SUNDAY NIGHT TO THURSDAY NIGHT 10:00PM TO 6:00AM)
