Production Operative

As a Production Operative, you will work to the company's standards of quality and productivity and, following basic training, successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop higher skills which will attract higher pay rates. As a valued member of our team, you will be involved in handcrafting mattresses and upholstering divan bases and headboards, with potential to progress to operating various specialised machinery. Successful candidates will be suitably trained to carry out all duties safely.

We are looking for suitable individuals with a 'can do' and flexible attitude to work in our factory and be part of these growth plans.,

• Monday - Thursday 08.00am to 4.30pm (with a ½ hour unpaid lunch)
• Friday 08.00am to 3.30pm (with a ½ hour unpaid lunch)
