Production Operative

Your job as a Production Operative will be to process and pack product in line with customer specification in line with deadlines, whilst meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency,

• Packing the raw material according to the specifications, pack the product into baskets, OCM baskets and stack onto pallet and changing the specifications at change overs
• Having a high understanding of quality, ensuring that the raw material is within the specifications before packing
• Ensures the sites intentions to produce safe, legal and authentic products are maintained
• Report faults, so they can be put right quickly, to keep downtime to a minimum
• Maintaining factory cleaning standards and encouraging others to do the same
• Keeping waste to a minimum, by managing the yield as shown online schematics
• Always follow GMP
  
  Previous experience working in Food Production Environment will be advantageous but not essential as Full Training will be provided.
