Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint 6 Production Operatives at our Coalville/Bardon Hill Site. Workingon the following shifts ? Days/afternoons shift rotation (Monday to Friday - 1 weekdays 06:00 to 14:00, 1- week afternoons 14:00 to 22:00)Key tasks and responsibilities:Your main duties will be to inspect and repair wooden pallets in a fast-paced environment,operating a pneumatic nail gun and reciprocating saw in accordance with specification andsafe operating procedures (SOP) in line with risk assessments. You must comply with siterules and regulations and always work safely. The role involves a high degree of manualhandling, lifting, bending and twisting.

? Good communication skills with the ability to reasonably communicate in English as well as comprehend written instructions ? The ability to work as part of a team or work on your own initiative as and when required ? Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage, although full training will be given
