Production Operator

work according to the daily production programme communicated by the Production Supervisor, specifically gathering required products/liquids and loading onto pallets to fulfil customer orders.

Ensure, when orders are complete on pallets that they are correctly labelled and checked against the relevant paperwork prior to being wrapped in preparation for distribution.

Blend liquids to meet customer requirements (for example but not exclusively the blending of alcohol to a specific strength).

Test blended liquids to ensure they meet customer requirements before being loaded on to pallets.

Calibrate and set flow machines to meet customer required parameters.

Ensure internal systems are updated with balances when stocks are removed for customer orders or supplies are delivered.

Ensure that all stock is used and rotated according to stock number and stock management procedures.

General facility hygiene - floors, walls etc and working in a manner that epitomises 'clean as you go'

Working on a Split shift 1in4 rota 3 weeks 06:00 - 14:30 1 week 10:30 - 19:00(unsociable hours payment for Evening shift.)

Fork lift licence is essential.

Working in Food industry desirable.
