Production Operator

We have fantastic opportunities for Production Operators to join us at our manufacturing site in Wantage, Oxfordshire., Our production areas work on a system of three rotating shifts, incorporating early, late and night shifts from Monday through to Friday.

• Operate a pedestrian and / or high lift forklift truck where applicable.


• Operate machinery in accordance with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.


• Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety Policies.


• Report defective equipment. Report all accidents and breakages.


• Carry out QC tests / inspection where appropriate and report any deviations to the Supervisor.


• Report safety and quality issues through the 1B and 1Q systems.


• Report all production transactions to SAP / SFoL in an accurate and timely manner to ensure accurate stock.


• Carry out on the job training of new starters when fully trained and competent, necessary to further the development of the Dept and the individual.


• Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S.


• Generate ideas and participate in implementing to make improvements to the Dept.
