Full Job Description

To operate the ancillary production line equipment following company procedures. To monitor quality of materials transferred to production line, to complete production records as required for production efficiency and traceability, · Set up and run plant in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. · Filling machine operation and setting. · Ensure equipment is running correctly and safely. Take appropriate action to resolve problems, including stopping the line when necessary in order to request assistance from maintenance or supervision if required. · Ensure that customer specification is adhered to and appropriate quality standards are maintained. · Carry out quality checks as specified in customer specification or advised by QA department. · Production checks for closures, volume control, labelling and packing. · Checking and printing of production codes are required. · Ensure that all work areas are kept clean, tidy and free from damaged goods. · Carry out stock checks materials. · To assist Supervisors and Team Leaders to achieve their goals. · General production duties and cleaning duties. · Update and maintain all QA and production records as required. This list is not exhaustive and will be added to or amended as business needs require Safety: · Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with current H&S, environmental and food safety legislation and procedures. · Use all PPE and equipment as instructed. · Maintain a safe working environment at all times Report any serious malfunctions or risks to a responsible person As an Ancillary Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, GMP, product safety and legality
