Processing sales orders, preparing job bags & making orders \u2018plan ready\u2019
Liaising with external logistics & manufacturing suppliers to ensure business requirements are met on time and in full
Planning and coordinating supply of raw materials for manufacturing process ensuring internal inventory levels are managed withing agreed control limits
Reconciling production output vs plan and communicating across the business where appropriate
Coordinating supply of material through production process
Support with the creation and management of packing specs
The duties are not exhaustive and these tasks may vary in line with the needs of the business
During periods of annual leave within the team, you may be required to provide additional support outside of normal duties

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication skills
