Full Job Description

As a Production Scheduler, you will ensure seamless operations by linking in with all departments, planning and maximising our output and efficiencies. You will be required to ensure customers orders are achieved int time and stock levels maintained so that we can continue to deliver a first class service to the Industry.

The production Scheduler will be experienced ideally in steel coils to sheet processing through decoiling.

  • Managing stock levels

  • Optimising schedules & efficiencies to maximise output

  • Track and report production statistics and data

  • Coordinating the production process from start to finish

  • Managing and escalating production concerns or improvements

  • Ability to communicate with multiple departments from purchasing, goods in, sub contractors, operators and commercial teams.


    • If you are able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoy speaking with different departments to work as a team, have excellent organizational skills, and a desire to achieve results then this role is for you.

    For the right candidate there will be the possibility to growth this role further and options will be there for future development into Production Manager.

  • Production planning: 1 year (preferred)

    Role Overview:
  • Hours: 8:30-5pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 8:30-3pm

  • Salary: up to £29,000 depending on experience
