Production Secretary, Coronation Street- 12 Month FTC

We are one of the world's longest continuing dramas and as the success of Coronation Street continues to grow, we are looking for a Production Secretary to join our busy, hard working team, ensuring that every single one of our episodes is top quality entertainment., In this role you will help facilitate the smooth running of the production. Dealing with production, suppliers, cast and crew. This role is essential for maintaining organisational efficiency and aiding in the timely and accurate dissemination of production information.

• Minimum 6 months production secretary experience on a continuing drama/drama series is required for this role.


• A desire to progress within production.


• Experience distributing & creating call sheets.


• Confident and vast experience in organising and booking taxis, other travel and hotels for cast and crew.


• Experience in arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, organising events, and managing diaries for higher-ups.


• Experience working under pressure within schedule deadlines.


• IT literate- experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).


• Experience working with discretion and confidentiality.


• Have an understanding of roles and processes involved within a continuing drama production.
