Production Shift Manager (Nights)

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Krispy Kreme manufacturing process. As Shift Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of employees during their assigned shift, from the shopfloor. This includes supervising staff, delegating tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow. As Shift Manager you are responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, addressing any issues that arise during the shift, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will ensure that consistency, quality, Health & Safety and productivity are maintained throughout the shift and act as the most senior person on site in the absence of the site manager.

• Food Manufacturing experience


• Leadership and People Management experience within an FMCG/Food environment.


• Experience in continuous improvement processes and methodology


• IT literate with good verbal and numerate skills


• Strong communication skills
  
  Pay: Competitive Annual Salary (paid monthly) + Night Shift Allowance + Annual Bonus

Contract: Full Time Nights, Permanent, 4 on 4 off (to include weekends)
