Full Job Description

Our Production Supervisor undertakes a series of operational duties from laundry operations, customer service, and delivering laundry standards to people management. Ensuring adequate and sufficient preparation for services is followed as per laundry standards, processed linen is packed correctly, and stock rotation is applied. Working closely with the production leaders to ensure KPIs are met, with a focus on quality and customer service satisfaction.

  • Maintains good housekeeping standards to ensure Laundry areas are always presentable.

  • Ensure all customer orders are completed by the set daily deadline. In line with the transport routes, any delays you must notify production leaders.

  • Identify & highlighting any production issues in your area and work closely with the Production Leader to ensure shift targets are met.

  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of the Laundry processes and procedures.

    1 year of experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a laundry environment

  • Strong knowledge of laundry operations

  • Knowledge of knowledge equipment ironers and washer extractors, tunnel washers and towel folders.

  • Strong attention to detail and

  • Maintaining good relationships with colleagues and strong listening skills.

    Our Laundry service - Little Bill Laundry - located in Leyton, provides washing services and linen rental producing over 500,000 items a week for our 7 Imperial London Hotels and other hotel brands across central London.
