Full Job Description

  • Manage work flow to achieve daily production targets

  • Escalate production flow issues to the appropriate teams

  • Daily meetings to review performance against production plan

  • Contribute to lean implementation activities

  • Production output

    Ideally you will have previous team leader experience

  • A positive, flexible approach

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, mentor and present new ideas

  • Computer literate and able to use ERP systems effectively

  • Previous Planning, Inventory Controller, or Supply Chain related experience

  • Positive approach to continuous improvement activities

  • Flexible approach to working and willing to change hours as needed to ensure onsite production scheduling support

  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 2012 would be beneficial
