If you are an inquisitive thinker with great ideas and a desire to succeed, we will find the perfect spot for you on our team., The Team Leader will lead their teams to ensure production efficiency while aligning strategic goals and tasks with company policies and procedures. The Team Leader also provide a general administration support to Operations Modules (Module Managers, Operations Manager and other Team Leaders, as appropriate).,

  • Check and monitor WIP in accordance with the plan.
  • Manage capacity in line with targets.
  • Manage the holiday planning to support production manager.
  • Perform WIP/Stock checks.
  • Support planning function as required.
  • KIT issuing and timesheet booking as required.
  • Ensure skills matrix is current and effectively deployed.
  • Review daily targets and action any necessary counter measures.
  • Deliver training as required.
  • Report relevant people issues to the production manager.
  • Cover low level administration duties when absences within the team.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested within the confines of their role.
  • Complete return to works.
  • Update and check talent management system on a daily basis.

  • Can work with all teams ensuring they are working to the correct standards.
  • Help and support others where needed.
  • Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to influence stakeholders.

  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Confident to work independently and prioritise duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to analyse data and identify trends.
