Oversee the setup and operation of SMT equipment.
Develop and optimize SMT processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT equipment and processes.
Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Train and mentor production staff on SMT processes and equipment.
Prepare and maintain documentation for SMT processes and equipment.
Monitor and control inventory levels of SMT materials and components.
Support quality assurance in the inspection and testing of SMT assemblies.
Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
