Full Job Description

  • In this role, you will be reporting to the Associate Director, Productivity UK & Ireland, in an exciting role that will ensure that BOC is able to effectively identify, manage and report on our productivity ideas and initiatives
  • A key part of this role will include influencing others without having direct personnel management responsibilities, as you will act as an internal expert for productivity professionals and their project teams
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the creation & management of a range of tools to ensure their effective use to allow effective management and reporting of productivity ideas and initiatives
  • You will also carry outcost stack & other KPI and financial analysis to aid the identification, reportingof productivity activity alongside ad-hoc project support which may include businesscase development

    You have excellent financial and analytical skills, with ability to interpret data to make informed conclusions, experience building business and / or investment cases
  • In addition, you are comfortable using MS office & other IT platforms & willing to learn new digital skills to help to optimise and automate our processes
  • You have an ability to work in an agile manner, and are comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty and / or change
  • Furthermore, you have the a high level of networking skills with an ability to create a network of people who can support with skills and knowledge which includes contractor relationships and technical resources
  • You also have a passion and track record of working with and influencing others
  • And lastly, you work with integrity, rolemodelling the behaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace
