Full Job Description

Location:Across sites, both Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust (frequency of visits to each site, to be agreed locally)Position Type: Part-time, 22.5 hours per weekSalary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum

We are looking for someone who will lead collaboratively on initiatives that nurture, grow and develop our NHS workforce aligned to the NHS People Promise and our People and OD Strategy.
