To deliver a high quality service for all Bright and Beautiful clients ensuring that at all times we exceed the customer's expectations. Manage, motivate and develop your housekeeping team ensuring that duties are carried out in a professional, timely, reliable,

  • Deliver high quality housekeeping services to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain consistency of service by working to the clients personalised action list
  • Ensure absolute security of all clients homes by following our strict security procedures
  • To enhance client retention by reporting any client feedback or queries to the team leader
  • To be courteous and positive to clients, while maintaining a professional distance and focusing on your work
  • Represent our company's ethos and values at all times.
  • To protect our brand and always speak positively about our company and the management team.
  • To ensure that Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
  • To maintain client confidentiality regarding contact details, living patterns etc.
  • Ensure that you have the correct kit, are professionally presented and arrive in a timely manner, completing work to time schedules
  • To ensure that you explore options and provide potential solutions to find cover if ever you cannot attend your scheduled shift (i.e. holidays/sickness etc.)
  • To be proactive in marketing the business - delivering flyers/ referral cards etc.
  • Bright & Beautiful Professional Housekeeper Role Description Responsibilities Explained Planning your day:
  • Ensure that you have arranged a meeting time and place with the team leader. Be punctual - arrive at the agreed time.
  • Ensure you contact your manager with potential solutions if you are going to be off for any reason ideally the night before or by 7am latest.
  • Book holidays using the correct guidelines Security at the client's home:
  • Logging arrival time of job on to key locking sheet- sign by all team
  • Logging arrival time in your personal time record notebook
  • Upon leaving - check all windows and light switches
  • Make sure all our kit and products are removed
  • Log departure time and sign that the door is locked and the keys are safely stored
  • Cleaning Procedures:
  • Ensuring that you are familiar and are using our expert procedures in any room you are allocated to clean by the team leader
  • Clean your own areas and be a team player by asking the team leader for extra jobs once yours are completed
  • Ensuring you can follow the action list for each client
  • Check that the bin procedures are followed correctly
  • Allow other team members and the team leader to check your area
  • Carefully check areas allocated to you at the end of every clean
  • Report any issues such as accidents, problems with cleaning etc to team leader
  • Creating an accurate and honest timesheet each month by keeping your own record of times in and out of clients homes
  • Team Training:
  • You are responsible to make sure you can accept feedback (good and bad) in a positive manner
  • Attend all team meetings and health and safety training as required
  • Discuss only what is relevant in the meeting; if you have any personal questions or requests please speak to your manager privately
