Professional Property Services Administrator - Faversham Are you an organised and detail-orientated individual who thrives in a role of supporting others? We have an exciting opportunity for a supportive and proactive professional with strong administrative skills to play a vital role in maintaining the smooth administration of our varied property profile and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The Professional Property Services Administrators role is built upon organisation within a fast-paced environment to administer the rent review process, liaise with both landlords and tenants, handle commercial property enquiries and coordinate with cross-functional departments to provide exceptional service. As part of a small team of 4, including you, you will work closely with our tenants as well as internal stakeholders in our Finance, Tenanted, Retail and Surveying Teams. What's in it for you?

  • End-to-end administration of the rent review process through our designated system and effective coordination with our tenanted and finance teams
  • Handle and respond to all Professional Property enquiries, assisting with remedial action in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain and update all project records including acquisition and disposal activity
  • Raise orders and purchase invoices
  • Administer information flow to key stakeholders
  • Liaise with third party including local authorities and utility companies
  • Important admin support for the professional property team (rates, deeds, valuation and statutory documents etc.)
  • Provide support to the wider property team where required

    Proactive, organised, and meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with contractors and colleagues confidently and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively to deliver within time parameters
  • Effective delivery within a team and individually, with the ability to adapt to changing needs
  • Maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Strong IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant scheduling software
  • Property management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstratable knowledge of the SAP is desirable but not essential
