+ Keep consultants utilization at a high level to meet annual objectives
+ Improve the skills of our Professional Services consultants
+ Maintain and increase the technical certification of the consultants on the team
+ Maintaining a good relationship with all customers
+ Strive to continuously improve our current service offerings
+ Help develop additional service offerings to enhance our value
+ Manage customer escalations
+ Always strive to improve the project delivery process and reporting structure
+ Have 1:1 meetings with your consultants
+ Identify challenges, current and future needs with skills, promotion, and role changes
+ Be a key player by sharing your opinion and thoughts on management discussions
+ Be proactive and innovative
+ Help with consultant recruitment and hiring

+ Experience in managing a team of technical consultants or engineers
+ Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
+ Good resource planning skills
+ Excellent leadership and customer service skills
+ Strong teamwork skills and attention to details
+ Experience with Check Point products is preferred
+ Bachelor's degree is a plus
+ Good experience using standard business applications and software
+ Ability to manage conflicts and have better decision-making skills
+ Capacity to train team members
+ Excellent verbal and communication skills
