Full Job Description

  • Top Priority - Factory-Quality Finish:Your main responsibility will be delivering a flawless factory finish top coat on all joinery and furniture pieces, ensuring every item is of the highest standard.
  • PU Paint Application:Use your expertise to apply PU paint (polyurethane) on a variety of surfaces, ensuring a smooth, even, and durable finish.
  • Preparation & Priming:Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and longevity of the finished product.
  • Attention to Detail:Deliver an impeccable finish with no imperfections, adhering to the highest standards of quality control.
  • Maintenance & Equipment Care: Maintain spray painting equipment, including cleaning and performing regular checks to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the production team to meet project timelines and ensure the quality of finished pieces aligns with client expectations.
  • Health & Safety:Follow all health and safety guidelines within the spray booth and workshop to create a safe working environment for you and the team.

    Are you a highly skilled spray painter with an eye for detail and a passion for producing flawless finishes? Do you have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with PU paint and the drive to work in a fast-paced, creative environment? If so, we want you to be part of our expert team!, A minimum of 5 years of professional spray painting experience, with specific expertise in working with PU paint.
  • Proven track record of delivering flawless, factory-quality top coats on wood, MDF, and other materials.
  • Strong knowledge of spray gun operation, including HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) and airless spraying techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing precision finishes.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards related to spray painting environments, including ventilation, protective equipment, and material handling.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work on a variety of projects, from kitchen resprays to bespoke joinery and furniture., Candidates with the experience or relevant job titles of; Sprayer, master sprayer, wet paint sprayer, industrial sprayer, spray painter may also be considered.
